Public Lecture: “Economies of Creation and Destruction”

On June 23, at 19:00, ICA will host a lecture by Allan Antliff titled “Economies of Creation and Destruction”.

Allan Antliff discusses how artists have mobilized anarchist values in art to generate relations of antagonism with capitalism that enact anarchic economics in the here and now. The discussion focuses on four artists active from the 1950s through to the present day: Asgar Jorn; Joseph Beuys; Richard Mock; and Aaron Gach.
